Waitlist Terms

These terms (“Terms”) apply when you join the AnyBakes waitlist at anybakes.com. The waitlist is operated by Any Group LTD, a company registered in England and Wales (company no. 13624022) trading as “AnyBakes” (“we”, “us”, “our”). By submitting your details to the waitlist, you agree to these Terms.

1. What the waitlist is

The waitlist lets you register your interest in AnyBakes ahead of launch. Joining the waitlist is free and does not create an account, a contract for any product or service, or any guarantee of access. Separate terms will apply if and when you sign up to use the AnyBakes app or services.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to join the waitlist. You confirm that the information you provide (such as your email address) is accurate and belongs to you.

3. Early-access perks

From time to time we may offer waitlist members perks such as early access, founding-member pricing, or promotional commission rates (for example, “0% commission for early members”). Any such perks are subject to the conditions communicated at the time, depend on AnyBakes launching, and may be modified or withdrawn where we have a reasonable basis to do so. We do not guarantee a launch date or that any specific feature will be offered.

4. Communications

By joining the waitlist you agree to receive emails from us about AnyBakes — including launch updates, product news, and the perks described above. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email or by contacting us at the address below. How we handle your personal data is set out in our Privacy Policy.

5. Acceptable use

Please don’t submit anyone else’s details, sign up using fake or automated information, or attempt to interfere with the waitlist or our website.

6. Removing you from the waitlist

You can ask us to remove you from the waitlist at any time. We may also remove entries that we reasonably believe are duplicate, fraudulent, or in breach of these Terms.

7. Availability of the waitlist

We do our best to keep the waitlist and our website running smoothly, but as we’re still pre-launch some things may occasionally change or be unavailable. Your statutory rights under UK consumer law are not affected.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms or change the way the waitlist works. The “Last updated” date at the top tells you when this page was last revised. Material changes will be communicated by email or on this page.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, except that consumers resident elsewhere in the UK retain the right to bring proceedings in their local courts.
