This Privacy Policy explains how Any Group LTD, a company registered in England and Wales (company no. 13624022) trading as “AnyBakes” (“we”, “us”, “our”), handles personal data you give us when you visit anybakes.com and join our waitlist. For the purposes of UK data protection law, we are the data controller of that personal data.

• Waitlist details you provide — your email address.
• Messages — anything you send us by email or through our contact channels.

• Run the waitlist (legitimate interests / your request): record your sign-up so we can contact you about your place on the list when relevant.
• Tell you about AnyBakes (consent or legitimate interests, as applicable): send launch updates, product news, and information about waitlist perks (such as founding-member commission rates). You can unsubscribe at any time.
• Keep the site safe (legitimate interests): prevent abuse of the waitlist form, duplicate sign-ups, and fraud.

We only use cookies that are strictly necessary to keep the site working. We don’t use advertising or tracking cookies on the waitlist page.

7. Security

We use technical and organisational measures appropriate to the limited personal data we collect at this stage, including encryption in transit and access controls. No service can be guaranteed 100% secure — please let us know if you spot anything that looks wrong.

8. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top tells you when it was last revised. Material changes will be communicated by email or on this page.
